RIM officially announces NewBay Acquisition
Back at October 7, We heard that RIM acquired NewBay for $100 million but no announcement from RIM regarding this acquisition, only NewBay posted at their homepage about this matter. So I guess now the acquisition is final and RIM announced via their blog welcoming NewBay to join them.
NewBay provides cloud-based digital content services such as Photo & Video album, digital vault, smart address book, organizer, social networking gateway and many more, and now all that cloud services is going to Blackberry Smartphones.
