RIM Launches Blackberry Payment Service SDK 1.5 that will enable developers to start offering subscription based services, with this Blackberry Payment Service SDK 1.5, developers can easily create auto renewing subscriptions for application and in-application goods.
The Blackberry Payment Service SDK 1.5 builds on the existing API from 1.0 release back in January, so developers also can add subscriptions with ease. The subcriptions are offered with 7-day or 30-day renewal periods, and recurring billing is automatically handled by Blackberry App World.
