Jim Balsillie confirmed BBX Platform
Due to Blackberry DevCon tomorrow, Jim Balsillie confirmed the QNX powered platform is called BBX Platform. RIM also will provide developers with an update so they will be easier to make application for the BBX platform or porting their existing application to BBX Platform.
With this BBX Platform, RIM is expecting it will recapture the market and gain market shares. RIM is sure the market will accept this BBX Platform as Jim Balsillie said “We’ve leapfrogged everyone with what we’re announcing [on Tuesday] and you’re going to see it on display.”
