Book Reader for your Blackberry Playbook tablet. This application is fast since it will make copy of the original file in its own book repository, however Book Reader currently only supports DRM-free eBooks in EPUB format, the developer promises to add other formats in future release. Book reader will remember where you were when application was closed and will take you there when started again. It will also remember your current page within every book even if you will switch to another book.

How to import and read eBooks:

Navigate any shared data folder BlackBerry® PlayBook™ tablet using Book Reader’s built-in file explorer.
Tap on any file with EPUB extension and import selected book into the library.
Browse the library and tap on any book you would like to read. Book would be opened in a book reader.
Tap on a book title within the reader to navigate book’s table of content.
Tap on a page number to navigate the book via page slider.
Tap on “aA” to increase/decrease book’s font size.
Tap on left/right page side to flip to the previous/next page with or without page flip animation.
Choose any font available on the device for your reader from the settings panel.
Switch between predefined light and dark reader skins.
Use sort buttons to sort the library by book title or author’s name.
Use search input field to find the book in the library by book title or author’s name.
Tap on delete button to switch into the delete mode when browsing the library. Tap on the book to delete it from the library.
